What
to Expect
When
you arrive….
At
the beginning of the session we will spend a few minutes for you to express what
is coming up for you lately or what issue you would like to become free
from. I usually ask a couple of
questions to allow us to go deeper to the core of the issue.
Your Journey…..
For
the process you will be sitting comfortably with your eyes closed and I will be
guiding you through an inner journey that is just for you. Each process is different and we honor
what arises for you knowing that it is here for a reason.
Feeling emotions…..
Many
of us have been conditioned not to feel emotions, to suppress them, especially
the ones that we may view as negative.
An emotion is “energy in motion” that needs to move through your
body. In the cradle of safety of
the journey process you will experience feeling emotions and begin to learn to
allow this to happen more healthily.
Uncovering a memory….
A memory
involving painful emotions will arise in the journey process - sometimes it is
one that you have forgotten about. Our
experience is that, if it arises in the process, there is
something that needs to be resolved to allow you to come to a place of
wholeness.
Emptying out emotional pain stored
within…..
There
is a part of the journey process where you release the emotion that has been
stored in the cells of your body.
You will finally be able to express what could not be spoken at that
time. A shift takes place in
your body and in your perception that allows forgiveness to happen at the
depths of your being. This brings
you a sense of healing, completion, peace and
wholeness.
Healing continues after the Journey
process….
The
body and the being continues to naturally go about the process of healing. Your own wisdom that is revealed to you
in the process, including practical advice on how to be or what to do, continues
to support your healing. It
is good to have the remainder of the day free from any demands to allow
this time for you. Nurture and
be gentle with yourself as sometimes remnants of memories or emotions from the
process may continue to wash through you.
Suggestions for after the
process…..
Nurture
yourself in whatever way feels right to you. You might like to go for a walk, relax,
listen to uplifting music, or take a nap.
Taking a warm epsom salts bath supports your body in the detoxification
and drinking plenty of purified water helps to release toxins from your
body. As the days go by after the
process notice how you are handling things more healthily now. You might like to write your successes
or awarenesses in a journal.
Follow
up calls….
The
cost of the journey process includes up to three follow up phone calls if you
wish to benefit from this additional support. The few minutes of time on these calls
can clear up a question you might have, allow you to share your awarenesses and
successes and continue on the momentum of healing and change.
